Choosing the right present for that special person in your life can be quite a challenge. Whether its for your mom, sister, friend or even your girlfriend, there can be a lot of pressure on finding a gift they would actually use and appreciate. Here are some of my personal selections for the top 5 best gifts for women under $50 for the 2014 holiday season.
1. Coach Mini Skinny in Embossed Textured Leather ($48.00 via Macy's)
Best value for a Coach brand wallet or wristlet can be found in Macy's. This particular black leather one comes in two colors: black and tan. Personally, I think this wallet would be the perfect gift for any girl because it has enough room for a couple cards and some cash in a very compact manner; nothing too bulky. It also comes with a removable key chain which further adds to the convenience. The price Macy's offers is also really good considering this wallet/cardholder is of a designer brand and it's made with good quality materials as well as looks very classic and chic.
2. Lilly Pulitzer Large Agenda- Trippin and Sippin ($28.00 via Lilly Pulitzer)
With the new year arriving shortly, everyone could use a fresh perspective on things and what better way to do that than having a new agenda. This Lilly Pulitzer agenda is large scale with tabs and a 17 month planner. Its durable and looks really cute.
3. M.A.C Keepsakes Red Lip Bag Limited Edition ($39.50 via Nordstrom)
One of the hottest trends for Fall/Winter 2014-2015 is the bright red lip and M.A.C is well known brand for creating those rich colors in their beauty products so this may be a good gift because it includes all three items: lipstick, lip gloss, and lip liner. It even comes with a nice bag!
4. H&M Leather Gloves ($24.95 via H&M)
After the polar vortex of last winter, I think we can all agree that gloves are an essential for completing every outfit. These leather gloves come in three different colors: beige, black, and burgundy. Personally my two favorites were the black and beige because I feel like they would go with any outfit but the burgundy one looks very unique and could work with many winter colors as well. These are very affordable and they look really stylish too.
5. Kate Spade Harrison Stripe iPhone 5 Case ($40.00 via Kate Spade)
For all the iPhone lovers out there who also want to give something a little more festive, this would be the perfect gift. It's really pretty in a candy cane looking reddish-pink/white combination but it also comes in a cream/white combo as well. This is only available for iPhone 5/5s.
